Starting April 1, 2024, BLEZ Clinic, conveniently located near BTS Asok and BTS Phrom Phong in Bangkok, will revise the fees for our Medical Certificate issuance services. The updated pricing is as follows:
- Work Permit Medical Certificate: 550 THB
- Driving License Medical Certificate: 400 THB

Hansen's disease (Leprosy), Tuberculosis, Drug addiction, Alcohol addiction, Elephantiasis, a Blood Test for Syphilis

Examination :

This is a certificate without any blood or urine tests.
We would issue in 15 to 20 minutes.
It is suited for moving into a new condo, submitting to school or company, scuba diving, going to national parks.
