Blez Clinic has started a new service of Covid-19 Quantitative antigen test (CLEIA) for return to Japan.
After collecting saliva samples at our clinic, we will email you the test results for entering Japan.
You could see the steps below for how to issue the Certificate of Quantitative Antigen Test for COVID-19.
If you have received 3 doses of valid vaccines, you don’t need a COVID test taken less than 72 hours before flight departure.

1. Make an appointment

[Weekend] 09:00 am〜2:00 pm/3:00 pm〜5:30 pm
*Please note that inspections cannot be accepted after 1:00 p.m. on Fridays due to weekend laboratory closures.
2. Saliva collection at clinic
You will visit our clinic and collect your saliva sample.
Our staff will guide you on how to collect saliva samples on the day of your visit.
The collected specimen will be tested at our affiliated laboratory.
3. Payment at the clinic
After the sample collection, please pay the examination fee at the reception desk.
The test fee is 2000B per person.
(Cash, credit card, and QR code payment are accepted.)
4. Sending test results to you
We will inform you of the test results by e-mail.
We will send you the test results and the documents for your entry into Japan as an attachment by e-mail.
The timing of the test results is as follows.
If saliva collection is completed by 1:00 p.m. on a weekday, we will inform you of the test results by 6:00 p.m. on that day.
If saliva collection is completed after 3:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, test results will be provided by 2:00 p.m. on the following day.
If the saliva collection is done on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, we will inform you of the test result by 2:00 p.m. on the day after the vacation.
After 1:00 p.m. on Friday, we will not be able to accept tests as weekend lab testing is not available.
Please be assured that we will send the results to you as soon as possible.
5. About the Certificate of test issued by our clinic
Based on the following guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we issue our own format of inspection certificates that fulfill the required items.

According to the MHLW guidelines, "Inspection certificates, whether paper (including photocopies) or electronic media, are valid as long as it can be verified that the "contents to be included in the inspection certificate" are fulfilled.
If you would like a paper copy, please come to the clinic to pick it up after it has been emailed to you.
